2026: Kossuth Prize
On March 14, 2026, I received an incredible honor: I was awarded Hungary’s highest state arts award, the KOSSUTH PRIZE. It was a particular joy for me that the Kossuth Grand Prize was awarded to the world-renowned composer György Kurtág, who, like me, is of Transylvanian origin.
